All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day
This Sunday (1 st November) we will be celebrating All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day.
Helen Randall will be leading a non-Eucharistic service at St Magnus’ and Neil will be leading the Zoom gathering.
There will be space for quiet reflection, with readings, prayers and music when we remember those whom we loved and have died. If you have been bereaved recently, or wish to remember your family and friends who have died, you are invited to be in touch with the names. These names will then be read out at both the St Magnus’ services, in Church and on Zoom, and candles will be lit: ‘We light lights for those we have remembered; lights of hope and love, lights as prayers beyond words.’
We ask that those who want to come to church please phone Helen, or e-mail her or Neil to let us know that you would like to be there. This will help hugely in working out seating arrangements.
For those wishing to attend via Zoom, please be in touch with Neil for an invite at: revnab@btinternet.com
Those on the mailing list should have already received a Zoom invite.
